اساسنامه  جنبش توسعه و مدنیت

ائتلاف نافرمانیهای مدنی ایرانیان  (جنبش توسعه و مدنیت ایرانیان)

از آنجا که رژیم اشغالگر اسلامی حاکم بر کشور ایران با ایجاد رعب وحشت و ترور ، اعمال استبداد، دستگیری و شکنجه و اعدام معترضین، نقض حقوق بشر، فساد نهادینه شده حکومتی و رانت خواری، تهاجم وبی قانونی در مورد شهروندان ایرانی دست میزند، ما باورمندان به میهن متشکل از  افراد حقیقی و نیز گروههای فعال در زمینه حقوق بشر (لیست همبستگان در تارنما) تحت نام ائتلاف نافرمانیهای مدنی ایرانیان بر آن شدیم تا با روشنگری و آگاهی دهی از تاریخ غنی ایران و حقوق شهروندی و هماهنگ نمودن تمام مبارزان راه آزادی، با اعتراضات مسالمت آمیز و روش نافرمانیهای مدنی و پرهیز از خشونت تا پیروزی بر اهریمن ، این راه را در کنار هم بپیماییم ونیز قوانین حقوق بشر ، قوانین مربوط به تمامیت ارضی ، دمکراسی وسکولاریسم را در اساسنامه خود بگنجانیم که تضمینی برای حکومت مردم بر مردم و احترام به قوانین بین المللی باشد

۱- باورمند به تمامیت ارضی میهن و یکپارچگی آن

۲-باورمند به پرچم سه رنگ شیروخورشید نشان  

۳-باورمند به جامعه سکولار دموکرات ، آزادی احزاب و سازمانهای سیاسی و مدنی (بدون نقض تمامیت ارضی و پرچم )صندوق رای و آنچه که ملت ایران انتخاب خواهند کرد

۴-باورمند به سکولاریسم، جدایی دین از سیاست و تمامی ارکان حکومتی   

۵-باورمند به آزادی و برابری همه هم میهنان فارغ ازجنسیت، رنگ، مذهب،گویش و جغرافیا

۶-لغو مجازات اعدام و منع هر گونه شکنجه  

۷-باورمند به منشور حقوق بشر و ملتزم به رعایت قوانین و کنوانسیونهای حقوق بشری و بین المللی

۸- باور مند به رعایت حقوق کودک، فرزندان میهن زیر هجده سال بزرگسالمحسوب نخواهند شد. 

9-ایجاد فضای آموزشی و پرورشی سالم و رایگان بطور یکسان برایهمه دانش آموزان و دانشجویان در سراسر کشور (برای اقشار کم درآمد درصورت ادامه تحصیل رایگان بدون شرط سنی)

۱۰- بهداشت رایگان برای همگان و درمان رایگان برای همگان تا هجده سالگی (برای اقشار کم درآمد رایگان بدون شرط سنی)

۱۱-برابری حقوق شهروندی زنان و مردان در تمام ابعاد  از بدو تولد

۱۲- احترام به اقتصاد سالم و آزاد و مبارزه با هر گونه رانت و فساد

۱۳-منع کار اقتصادی برای تمامی افراد سیاسی شاغل در امور دولتی نخست وزیر، وزرا، استانداران، فرمانداران، شهرداران، نمایندگان مردم و قضات و افراد درجه یک خانواده آنان 

۱۴-تقسیم درآمدهای ملی بطور یکسان و متناسب با نیازهای کشور بین تمامی استانها 

۱۵-فراهم آوردن حد اقل یک زندگی معمولی وآبرومند برای تمام هم میهنان ، با داشتن فرصت برابر برای اشتغال و سرمایه گذاری و پیشرفت در همه سطوح ،شایسته سالاری اولویت نخست میباشد 

۱۶-پاسداری از محیط زیست از جمله دریاها، دریاچه ها ،رودخانه ها، جنگلها، مراتع وخاک میهن 

۱۷- زنده نمودن و احیای آیینها و فرهنگ نیک ایرانیان ، پای بندی به رنسانس ایران شامل همه فرهنگها وگویشهای گوناگون ایران ونکوداشت بزرگان میهن و نگهداری و پاسداشت میراث تاریخی و فرهنگی، در کل حفظ تاریخ هفت هزار ساله ایران 

۱۸-احترام به تمامیت ارضی ، پرچم و باورهای تمامی کشورهای جهان و  ایجاد ارتباط دوستانه بر اساس منافع ملی میهن 

همگام با آزادیخواهان درون و برون مرز در جهت آزادی و برقراری حکومت قانون وحاکمیت ملت ایران بر مبنای حقوق بشر با امضای این اساسنامه اعلام موجودیت نموده و همگان متعهد و باورمند به آن میباشیم و دست هر یک از مبارزان، سازمانها وگروه های فعال حقوق بشری را که همگام و همسو با اهداف این جنبش باشند با هر نوع دیدگاه و بینش سیاسی به گرمی میفشاریم و در کنار خود پذیراییم.

Include a constitution for territorial integrity, democracy and secularism in our constitution And there is respect for international law

1- Believing in the territorial integrity of the homeland and its integrity

2. Believer in the tricolor sun sign

3. Believe in a secular democratic society, the freedom of political parties and civil organizations (without violating the territorial integrity and the flag), the ballot box and what the Iranian people will choose

4. Believer in secularism, separation of religion from politics and all elements of government

 5. Believing in the freedom and equality of all compatriots, regardless of gender, color, religion, Dialect and Geography 6. Abolish the death penalty and prohibit any torture

7. Believes in the Charter of Human Rights and is committed to complying with international human rights laws and conventions

8- Believing in respecting the rights of children, children of the homeland under the age of eighteen Will not be counted

9- Creating a healthy and free educational environment for equally All students, college students and academics across the country (For low-income groups if they continue their education for free without age condition)

10- Free health for everyone and free treatment for everyone up to eighteen years old (For free low-income groups without age requirement)

11- Equal citizenship rights for men and women in all aspects from birth

12 Respect for a healthy and free economy and fight against any rent and corruption

 13. Prohibition of economic work for all political persons working in the government affairs of the Prime Minister, ministers, governors, governors, mayors, people's representatives and judges, and their first-class family members.

14- Distributing national incomes equally and in proportion to the needs of the country among all Provinces

15. Providing at least a normal and dignified life for all compatriots, with equal opportunities for employment and investment and progress at all levels, meritocracy is the first priority

16-Protecting the environment including seas, lakes, rivers, forests, pastures and homeland

17- Reviving and reviving the good rituals and culture of Iranians, adhering to the Iranian renaissance, including all the different cultures and dialects of Iran, and honoring the elders of the homeland, and preserving and preserving the historical and cultural heritage. 18- Respect for the territorial integrity, flags and beliefs of all countries of the world and Establish friendly relations based on national interests
